Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a booking request, or engaging our services in any way, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hermonio LLC, a limited liability company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
2. Service Description
Hermonio LLC provides professional ballistic vehicle armoring and protective installation services for personal and commercial vehicles. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- NIJ IIIA-certified door and panel armoring for SUVs and passenger vehicles.
- Custom-level armoring solutions (Level III / Level IV) by separate agreement.
- In-shop installation at our secure facility and mobile installation in select service areas.
- Post-installation inspection and certification documentation.
All services are provided subject to vehicle eligibility, availability of scheduling slots, and material requirements confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Deposits
To reserve a service slot, a non-refundable deposit (the "Deposit") is required at the time of booking. The Deposit amount will be clearly stated during the checkout process.
- The Deposit secures your scheduled installation date and covers the initial preparation and materials allocation.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation, prior to vehicle collection.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the Deposit and written confirmation from Hermonio LLC.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the vehicle does not meet eligibility criteria, in which case the Deposit will be refunded in full.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled installation: the Deposit is refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation 3–7 days before the scheduled installation: 50% of the Deposit is refundable.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the scheduled installation: the Deposit is non-refundable.
- No-show: forfeiture of the full Deposit.
To cancel or reschedule, contact us in writing at support@hermoniollc.com at least 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling to a date within 30 days of the original booking is permitted once at no charge.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate vehicle information (make, model, year, and condition) at the time of booking.
- Deliver the vehicle at the agreed date and time in a condition suitable for work to commence.
- Notify us of any pre-existing vehicle damage prior to installation.
- Not attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or remove installed armor panels.
6. Warranty
Hermonio LLC provides a lifetime structural warranty on all NIJ IIIA ballistic panel installations. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and panel integrity under normal operating conditions. It does not cover:
- Damage resulting from vehicle collisions, accidents, or improper vehicle maintenance.
- Unauthorized modifications by the Client or third parties.
- Normal wear and tear to non-ballistic components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hermonio LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of property, personal injury, or third-party claims.
Our total aggregate liability to any Client shall not exceed the amount paid by that Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, in the twelve (12) months prior to the event causing liability.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, trademarks, and service descriptions, is the exclusive property of Hermonio LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Multnomah County, Oregon, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
